Karate taught by
Shihan Ian on a Tuesday and Thursday and Sensei Alan on the Wednesday.
Classes run for 60 minutes
we go through striking, blocking, kicking and stance work.
Also learn the forms or Kata, applications and self defence.
After a short while you have the opportunity to spar.
Please wear sports clothing and you can order a uniform through the app or through the instructor at class,
a bottle of water is recommended.
Please arrive a little early to meet the instructor and go through an induction.
